I became the devotee of Vallabha Nayaka, the bestower of the desired boons, seated on the mount of his choice, the mouse (“Mooshika”).

His feet are as soft as the tender shoots.
He sports a noose, a goad and other weapons in his hands.
He is adorned with garlands of Jaati (jasmine), champaka flowers and also with gem studded necklace.
He is the cause for bringing about the marriage of Valli with Subramanya. He is worshipped by Guruguha and adored by Kaali, Saraswati and the lotus eyed Lakshmi.
